It allows you to connect your mobile to the computer to give you access to a remote SAMSUNG expert who will diagnose your device and provide you with functional advice to optimize your device.
The expert can access all the applications and settings on your phone to provide you with the information you need to improve the performance of your device. Once you've connected, you can enter the 6-digit code provided by the expert to log in to the SAMSUNG Contact Center.
You can then make a call to the SAMSUNG Contact Center and wait for the expert to diagnose your device. Once the expert has finished, you can get the diagnosis and any functional advice.
